Stoneware Pie Dish with ruffled edge and spiral in center.
Exterior glaze is glossy light blue with dark red accents. Interior is a glossy jade green.
9.5" outer diameter/ 8.25 interior diameter x 2" tall
Food safe/ microwave safe/ dishwasher safe
Oven safe — To avoid thermal shock, do not switch stoneware from one extreme temperature to another (do not remove from refrigerator and place in heated oven, or place hot dish in cold water, etc). For safest practice, you can preheat the dish by placing the stoneware in a cool oven, then preheating oven.
Personally, I have not had any problem going from room temperature stoneware with ingredients (pie/casserole/rolls), and placing in preheated oven at around 375 degrees.
